Joe Black Needs a Foster

Joe, the Cocker,  is having some ear problems that needs some serious attention.  He has been to the vet several times and will get checked again this week.  I think he would really benefit from a foster that would give him one on one attention for those ears.  He has been stuck at the shelter for months and is a really sweet boy.  Quite the gentleman.  The stress there probably isn't helping and he seems very sad.  Anyone that is a good ear person-we need your help!!
