Last week was a little slow but then it usually is in August. Everyone is going back to school and finishing up their vacation. This week for the dog section: Pirtle!, Rochelle, Frampton, Dutch, Josie, Mindy, Randi, and Jag were adopted. For the Cat section: Stefani and Kennedy. The dogs ruled this week for once.
This week we were able to pull 8 dogs, 4 kittens and 1 adult cat from several pounds. Back to usual business! When we moved we had to combine two shelters and pulling was very limited for a while. This week all went well and we got some very cute, sweet dogs and cats out. They will be ready in a few weeks. We also took in a little dog, Coco, that had been hit by a car. She is doing much better. Smooth sailing!
