The P4P Howl-o-Ween Pet Party is Oct. 22 from 9 AM til 2 PM at the FCB Bank in Troy, IL. There will be 25 vendors with food, crafts and fun as well as a visit from the Grizzlies Mascot. A costume contest will be held at 1:00 PM with categories such as cutest, scariest, etc. with a $5.00 entry fee to benefit the animals at the shelter.
