Wyclef's Transformation!
Wyclef was at the pound looking pretty pitiful. He was so matted and smelled really bad. Not as bad as Marley but a close second. It took a very long time for him to get in this shape and he had to be so uncomfortable. So, of course, Nev scooped him right up and brought him to the shelter. Barb started working on him and got a lot of the mats off. You just want to get all that crud off of them! Then on Friday, Joan worked her magic and he looked so cute. Sue took some really cute picts! Love that smile! Thanks to all who rescued him, could see past the mats and transformed him into the great little dog is was under all that mess.

February Calendar of Events
This year is off to a great start. We had 84 adoptions for January, 2013. The first annual Spaghetti Dinner was a great success! Thanks to Jackie and Margie for planning a wonderful dinner. Todd and Dominick totally insulated the shelter so it is much warmer for the dogs and cats. Thanks guys! The biggest news!!! My new grandbaby, Emma, was born on Jan. 22! All are doing well.

Ravanelli's in Collinsville will be having a silent auction to benefit Partners For Pets for the month of March.
